Extracurricular Activities
A series of activities are scheduled during the school year to continue and reinforce learning in the Prepared Environment.
Some of these activities include:
A music program
A second language program (Spanish)
A series of theatre experiences
Out of town weekend excursions (with parents)
International friendship week
Christmas concert on campus and in a hospice or community center
Other cultural holiday activities
Service in a food bank
International spring festival
Star gazing night on the mountains
Build and launch your own rocket ship
Visits to the art and science museums
Trips to the zoo
Visits to a vegetable farm

young children is extraordinary. The results are evident.
During the last 3 years, I have witnessed the remarkable
intellectual curiosity and the evolution of Lucas’s humanity
soar. He is a wonderful little boy; he now knows how to channel
his strengths for his own growth and to benefit those around
him. You are to be commended.
The graduation ceremony was a gift for all of us. The
confidence and pride with which all the students performed was
inspring. I have watched this with awe. In general, we
underestimate the capability of young minds; you never have.
The children’s joy in participating was palpable; their sense of
accomplishment was inspiring.
I look forward to the next few years as my Zoe’s time
with you progresses.
